In 1993, he joined the National School of Engineering, where he was as a teaching assistant before leaving to go to France to further his studies. He obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Claude Bernard University, Lyon 1, France. He has worked at USTTB since 2000, where he assumed several positions, including that of Vice-Rector. He was appointed in his new position in July 2019.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He is a member of the African and Malagasy board for higher Education and Scientific Research (CAMES in French). This board\u2019s goal is to harmonize its members\u2019 higher educational and recruitment standards as well as encourage collaboration among their institutions. He has received the \u201cChevalier de l\u2019Ordre International des Palmes Acad\u00e9miques du CAMES\u201d in recognition of his contributions to its development.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Professor Diallo is also \u201cChevalier de l\u2019Ordre National du Mali\u201d since September 2021 and member of Mali Academy of Sciences.
