As a regulator, she contributed to the release of products regulated by CBER and developed FDA\u2019s Guidance to enhance the safety of the Nation\u2019s blood supply.<br \/>Her previous experience in public or private institutions aimed at improving public health through clinical research and vaccine development.<br \/>Dr Laure earned her PhD from the University of Toulouse, France in 1993 and worked at the Pasteur Institute in Paris from 1996 to 1997.
