En tant que responsable de la r\u00e9glementation, elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise sur le march\u00e9 de produits r\u00e9glement\u00e9s par le CBER et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 le guide de la FDA pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;approvisionnement en sang du pays.<br \/>Son exp\u00e9rience ant\u00e9rieure dans des institutions publiques ou priv\u00e9es visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 publique par la recherche clinique et le d\u00e9veloppement de vaccins.<br \/>Dr Laure a obtenu son doctorat \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Toulouse, en France, en 1993 et a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut Pasteur de Paris de 1996 \u00e0 1997. Puis, au Yerkes Primate Research Center de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Emory \u00e0 Atlanta de 1997 \u00e0
